— Our Vision

Who We Are

Social Synergy Health and Development Advisors (SSHDA) is a health systems strengthening and social impact advisory firm focused on transforming how health and social development programmes are designed, implemented, and sustained.

We work at the intersection of policy, systems, and implementation practice, supporting governments, development partners, and private sector actors to achieve measurable and lasting impact.

SSHDA exists to address a persistent challenge in global health and development:

Many programs are well-designed — but fail to deliver impact at scale due to weak systems, implementation gaps, and structural barriers.

We bridge that gap.

Our Mission

To support governments, development partners, and organisations in designing, implementing, and scaling evidence-driven, systems-focused, and sustainable health and social development interventions that improve RMNCAH+N and SRHR outcomes.

Our Approach

SSHDA combines technical expertise with deep contextual understanding to deliver solutions that work in real-world environments.

We stand by three principles:

  • Evidence-driven design
  • Local system relevance
  • Sustainable scale from day one

Core Values

Impact-driven Execution

Prioritizing measurable results and high-performance delivery in every engagement.

Integrity and Accountability

Upholding transparency, ethical practice, and ownership of outcomes.

Collaboration and Partnership

Building trusted relationships across sectors to multiply impact.

Innovation and Continuous Learning

Embracing new ideas and evidence to strengthen our work.

Equity and Inclusion

Ensuring all populations, especially the underserved, are reached and represented.

We are defined by how we work.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

Multi-sector collaboration across government, communities, private sector, and civil society

  • Evidence-Based Decision-Making

Data, research, and implementation learning guide all programming
